inspect the area, see what I have described above, then come
and visit the apartment.
Working in NY City, no problem-take the rail, in Jamaica and Long Islan-take the bus, or drive; the furthest point of the Island
from my house is 2 1/2hrs. No car, travel by rail everywhere.
Long Island Railroad has connections, you can transfer, to go
anywhere you want.
If you have kids, we have two of the best schools of the systems.
You can see the elementary school's yard from my front door-one
block away. The high school is one mile away, kids travel by the
school bus, or ride their bike.
Churches are two blocks away, also Banks, food Markets, that
have everything you need, Pharmacies, we have several.
Roosevelt Field Mall is 20min away, plus there are smaller mini
malls located closer, that can serve you, as well, saving you
on gasoline, Hospitals, we have two; Long Island Jewish 15min,
and Winthrope 20min away, that can provide your family with
all your healthy needs, Doctors, Dentists, Government services,
they are all, at stone's throw away.

of our community. Your family will be welcomed, the same way
mine was, when I moved here, several years back.
